ALYS MAE VETERINARY PHYSIOTHERAPIST
About me
I am a fully qualified veterinary physiotherapist, with a BSc degree in Psychology. I am registered with AHPR, as well as fully insured, giving you peace of mind, as well as a unique view on your animal.

I have worked with horses and within the small animal veterinary sector in a variety of roles for a number of years. The most poignant role on this journey was within a referral hospital in the neurology ward. I saw how vital physiotherapy could be in the recovery of so many cases, and I became truly inspired. I currently work in general practice, furthering my knowledge, and enjoying every second.

I have a personal interest in rehabilitation, working with the animal to allow them to achieve their full potential while enjoying the journey. I also have an interest in behaviour from my Psychology degree, which allows me to bring a unique perspective to your animals treatment.
MY ANIMALS
I have a large array of animals, varying in size and species! And most of them come with a good story about how they came into my life.

Daisie and Rosie are partners in crime, keeping me one my toes, they tend to be my sidekicks and come along for the adventure.

There is also Jess, my mini shire, also nicknamed the thoroughcob, as she is truly my pocket rocket and one of a kind.
Nellie came into our lives a year ago, and has been my own personal rehab case, teaching me so much.

There is also the 5 rabbits, who are truly spoilt and wish for nothing! And Clyde the tortoise brings up the rear, truly opinionated, he's surprisingly quick!
